The Reepham Summer Sunday Run 2010 took place on 22nd August.
About the Run
We organised the first Reepham Summer Sunday Run 2005. Our aim was to provide a relaxed and enjoyable event, suitable for novices and for competitive club runners alike, showing-off the pleasant countryside scenery in our part of Norfolk. In the years since we have refined the route to a 10km circuit that is very convenient both for runners and supporters: the finish line is on Stimpson's Piece, right outside our Race HQ, with refreshments, gear shop, changing and showers. The course is officially measured and the race run to ARC rules and standards. The event remains highly suitable both for the best club athletes and for the many new runners who enter each year aiming only to reach the finish.
Course Details
The 10km route is multi-terrain: just over half is on country roads (which are very quiet and fairly flat) and the remainder is on a disused railway track, with short sections on connecting paths and across the playing fields at Stimpson's Piece. All of the terrain is easy and, in August, generally dry (though 2008 was a memorable exception!). A map is available here.

Entry is by post, using the form below, or (for a small extra fee) online via Runners' World. Entries on the day will also be accepted at the Race HQ up to 45 minutes before the race starts, unless the race is full. Postal entry costs £10 (£8 for UKA or ARC affiliated runners). Entry on the day costs £2 extra.
