On Sunday 12th April, Phil, Nick C, Nick B and Jon B all took part in the Diss duathlon.
It was a 5km run followed by a 30km bike and then another 5km run.
Nick B won his age group - well done Nick.
Unfortunately Phil had to retire after the bike leg with serious leg pains!
